How do I upgrade my SAM in SolarWinds?
To upgrade SAM directly from the SolarWinds Platform Web Console, select Settings > My Deployment. Downloading the SolarWinds Platform Installer from the SolarWinds Customer Portal is no longer required.
What are the system requirements?
SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor is only accessible on the Windows operating system. You must be using Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2016 with the English, Japanese, German, or Simplified Chinese language versions. Your server must also have Microsoft Internet Information Services 8.0 or later, as well as.NET 4.6.2.
