Orders are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 business days following compliance confirmation and receipt of payment. However, delivery times may be extended if additional compliance actions are required. All shipments are made via a courier service, with tracking and signature upon delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package online. 

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage. While handling fees are fixed, transportation fees will vary depending on the total weight of your order. We recommend consolidating your items into a single order, as we cannot merge separate orders placed at different times, and each order will incur its own shipping fees. 

Although we take great care to protect fragile items, shipment is made at your own risk. However, all packages are securely packed, with boxes appropriately sized and items carefully protected to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
