A: You can check your SolarWinds Customer Portal, or contact us with your SWID, and we can look it up for you.
Q: Can I upgrade to Premium while Co-terming?
A: Yes, but that would require a different SKU (an Upgrade SKU rather than just a Maintenance Alignment). Please contact sales for a quote.
Q: What if I have multiple different expiration dates?
A: We will choose the "Master" date (usually the one with the most value or furthest out) and align all other licenses to that single date.
Q: Is this refundable?
A: License alignments are generally non-refundable once processed by SolarWinds, so please verify your SWID and target date carefully.

How do I renew a licence or subscription?

How and when do I receive my licence?
By e-mail. The licence key is sent to the e-mail address on your order within 24 hours of your paid order. Nothing is shipped.
