A: We calculate the daily rate of your annual subscription and multiply it by the number of days remaining until your master renewal date.
Q: Can I use this to add more volume?
A: Technically, yes. If you buy additional volume mid-year, you use this co-term SKU to ensure the new volume expires at the same time as your original volume.
Q: What happens if I don't align my dates?
A: You will receive multiple invoices throughout the year for different parts of your Loggly subscription, which can lead to payment fatigue and accidental cancellations.
Q: Is this for the Enterprise plan?
A: No. This SKU is specifically for the Professional plan. Please use the Enterprise Co-Term SKU for Enterprise subscriptions.
