Q: Do I need this to use Sophos MDR or XDR?
A: No. Sophos MDR and XDR include 30 days of Data Lake storage by default. This is an optional add-on specifically for customers who need to retain that data for a longer period (90 days).
Q: How is this add-on licensed?
A: This add-on is licensed to match your main subscription. If you have "Sophos MDR for 100 Users", you would purchase this add-on for 100 users. It is co-termed to end on the same date as your main MDR license.
Q: What is the difference between this and the "Backup & Recovery Integration Pack"?
A: They are two different add-ons. The Backup & Recovery Pack adds new data from your backup system (like Veeam) to Sophos Central. This Data Storage Pack extends the storage time for all your data (from 30 to 90 days).

What do New, Renewal and the licence term mean?
Choose New for a first licence and Renewal to extend a licence you already hold. The term is the length of the subscription, for example 12 MOS is 12 months (one year) and 36 MOS is three years. The price shown is the price for the type and term you select.
How do I renew a Sophos licence?
Select Renewal and the term on this page, or send us your serial number and licence expiry date with the Renew your Sophos licence form (softech.store/pages/renew-sophos-licence). We reply with a renewal quote within one business day.
How and when do I receive my licence?
By e-mail. The licence key is sent to the e-mail address on your order within 24 hours of your paid order. Nothing is shipped.
