How is my order delivered?
Licences and subscriptions are delivered by e-mail: the licence key is sent to the e-mail address on your order within 24 hours of your paid order. Hardware ships as set out in our shipping policy.
Who supports the product after I buy?

Who invoices me, and can I get a formal quote for a purchase order?
