RMA Policy

  • We intend to keep our customers happy and satisfied. In case of any dissatisfaction inform us thru Chat option given on Portal.
  • Before intending to return a product please go through our return policy and conditions applied, carefully.
  • Exchange policy can be exercised only if product is dysfunctional DOA or has manufacturing fault. Such a case is referred to Vendors own applicable Warranty and Return Merchandise Authorization protocol provided here... Return Policy. 
  • For product under RMA/ Warranty, Undamaged, Un smeared, scratch less and as new as delivered Original Product, in original Packaging, Manufacturer’s Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories should be sent back.

Applied Conditions:

  • Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised (color, model, brand etc.)
  • Seal must be intact if there is one, item must be in original condition.
  • Item must not be used, dirty, scratched or damaged, should be in working order.
  • Item must include all packaging and accessories (including Undamaged Original Product Packaging, warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
  • Item is DOA dead on Arrival.
  • Item must be in original condition as delivered.

How many days will it take for an order to be delivered?

It all depends on the shipping region!
Orders are delivered within minimum 2 to 5  business days, after compliance confirmation, of being placed. Exceptions may occur during holiday seasons. You will receive email notifications as your order is shipped.
