Q: Why must I renew APE maintenance?
A: SolarWinds Orion requires all components (Main Poller + APEs) to be on the exact same software version. If your main server is updated but the APE is not (due to expired maintenance), the APE will stop working.
Q: Is this for Unlimited licenses only?
A: Yes. This SKU is specifically for "Unlimited" tiers. If you have a smaller license (e.g., NPM SL2000), there is a different, cheaper APE renewal SKU.
Q: Does this include the High Availability (HA) license?
A: No. High Availability is licensed separately. This is for the Additional Polling Engine itself.
