A: Yes. If you no longer need the virtualization metrics, you can downgrade to the "Physical" license during renewal. Let us know before we process the quote.
Q: How do I update the license key?
A: Once renewed, you can typically click "Sync" in the DPA license manager. If your server is offline, we will provide a new key string to paste in.
Q: What if I have added more instances?
A: Renewal is the perfect time to "True-Up" your environment. We can add new instance licenses to your renewal contract so everything expires on the same date.
